Each business has different administration needs.  Many businesses take holidays and worry about their emails backing up or not being responded to.  We can provide email handling for you that ensures any enquiries are dealt with in a professional and quick manner in your absence.  You can also divert your phone to us and we will make sure all calls are answered in a courteous manner and provide customers with up to date information or just take a message.

Contract Work

We offer a ‘remote secretarial service’ to those tradesmen or businesses that are out of the office all day and don’t wish to come back to computer work.  We can issue invoices, letters, quotes and contracts on your behalf and even follow up with phone calls if required.  All we ask of you is that you come to our office at least once a month to reconcile all work. 

Alternatively we can come to your place of work and carry out any administration duties required on a contract basis.  This could be one day a week or one day a month – we will tailor our services to suit your needs.
